1. The machine is a 1 die 2 blow heading machine.
2. Forming Process of Blind Rivet:
(1) The material of blind rivet is aluminium wire grade 5050 or 5052.
The aluminium wire will be formed to be full tubular(hollow) rivet in the Blind Rivet Heading Machine, which also is double stroke heading machine. (2) Nail of blind rivet is used for full rivet, but must be broken when product is fastened, so you will find the nail head is round style and it will be formed as nail in the Nail Making Machine.
(3) Both of nail and full tubular rivet from(1),(2) must be assemblied as Blind Rivet in the Blind Rivet Assembling Machine.
To sum up, for making Blind Rivet, need (1) Blind Rivet Heading Machine, (2) Nail Making Machine & (3) Blind Rivet Assembling Machine.
3. The Blind Rivet Heading Machine is just only producing full tubular aluninium or brass or copper rivet.
